About this speaker
I'm a professional risk manager with a passion for risk taking. I've spent over two decades in risk management, mostly in financial services. I love using those skills to take risk. I am an award winning adventurer who in 2019 became the first woman to lead an expedition down the Nile, surviving a hippo attack, monster rapids and more. Since then I've completed a 2,500km descent of the Murray River and cycled 4,700km across Australia.
