About this workshop

Climate change as a topic can be impossible to address effectively as this present itself in many forms, and have a range of effects. However, change will come and long-term strategies need to take this into due account to be viable.

This session is a demo workshop where four distinctly different, yet plausible scenarios are used to generate a series of issues which are then prioritized systematically.

The process was initially created at the LEGO Group where it became a mandatory part of strategic planning for each business area. The process is also described as a Harvard Business School case study used for MBA training at Harvard and a number of other universities. The process of this session is a revised and improved version of the original process.

The full workshop is a four-hour session, which is here outlines and introduced in a 45-minute session. The underlying tool and template will be applied and shared.

Utilizing my experience and insights, AKTUS consulting focus on leveraging risk management and strategy processes to enhance organizational maneuverability and make this a competitive advantage for organizations. In a volatile world, management of risks needs to deliver more than being safe when the boat is rocking. Perservering requires intelligent risk taking ... having the ability and courage to be the one rocking the boat.
